聚乙烯纏繞結(jié)構(gòu)壁(B型)管

執(zhí)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB /T19472.2—2017)《埋地用聚乙烯(PE)結(jié)構(gòu)壁管道系統(tǒng)第2部分:聚乙烯結(jié)構(gòu)壁管材》典型B型結(jié)構(gòu)壁管。

接口采用典型承插式電熔連接、彈性密封圈連接及節(jié)流式承插連接，實現(xiàn)零滲漏。

高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)纏繞結(jié)構(gòu)壁B型管。是一種內(nèi)壁光滑、外壁為螺旋狀加強(qiáng)肋,由底膜和肋界面為O型的肋管經(jīng)螺旋纏繞工藝制成的異型強(qiáng)構(gòu)壁管材。

管材采用高密度聚乙烯為原材料，在熱熔狀態(tài)下通過纏繞工藝一次成型。并在熱態(tài)未脫模前通過滾動風(fēng)冷方式冷卻。管道逐步散熱,壁厚均勻，無內(nèi)應(yīng)力。

管道連接可采用承插式電熔連接、節(jié)流式承插連接。其中承插式電熔連接即管道兩端在生產(chǎn)時被加工成承口和插口。并在承口內(nèi)壁中部段嵌入電熔絲。在管道連接時，只需接入電源即可完成安裝，并且可以使管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)零滲漏;節(jié)流式承插連接方式則克服了地下水位高、工地有易燃易爆管線等不適宜電火連接操作的施工困難,擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用范圍，滿足了更多客戶的需求。

因其安全、可靠、環(huán)保、高端，該產(chǎn)品被廣泛應(yīng)用于市政工程、核電火電、石油化工、治金化工、交通樞紐(機(jī)場、鐵路、港口)市政等領(lǐng)域。在全世界范圍內(nèi)早已得到廣泛應(yīng)用，在中國被建設(shè)部評為重點推廣產(chǎn)品。是國家推廣城市雨污水系統(tǒng)“以塑代鋼、以塑代泥”的新型優(yōu)質(zhì)管材產(chǎn)品。

聚乙烯纏繞結(jié)構(gòu)壁(B型)管主要用途及特點

適用于市政雨水、污水管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)、綜合管廊系統(tǒng)、海綿城市、智慧管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)。主要原材料:為HDPE(高密度聚乙烯);
輔助原材料:管材外壁螺旋增強(qiáng)材料為PP,起到增強(qiáng)抗外壓能力、提高環(huán)剛度的作用;電熱元件:管材承口預(yù)埋電熱元件為銅合金焊絲。
