FRPP纖維增強纏繞管

纏繞管是一種替代傳統(tǒng)膠管保護用金屬護簧的新產(chǎn)品。纏繞管一般采用尼龍材質(zhì)或聚丙烯材質(zhì)制成。纏繞管相對應與傳統(tǒng)的金屬護簧產(chǎn)品具有耐磨性能好，抗老化、抗腐蝕性能強；更能有力的對軟管外表面進行防老化和抗磨擦保護。纏繞管相對于膠管護簧產(chǎn)品和其他護套產(chǎn)品具有更優(yōu)異的便捷和環(huán)保節(jié)能效果。纏繞管內(nèi)表面一般為平面，外表面分平面和弧面兩種。

FRPP纖維增強纏繞管

FRPP纖維增強纏繞管具有耐腐蝕、耐高溫、耐高壓、衛(wèi)生無毒，可回收利用，特別適用于腐蝕性液體輸送(如酸堿液)，具有較憂良的抗沖擊性和拉伸強度。系統(tǒng)重量輕，安裝維修方便。因其特有的性能被廣泛應用于化工、化纖、氯堿、染料、給排水、食品、醫(yī)藥、污水處理、電解等行業(yè)。

產(chǎn)品特點

◇長久的使用壽命在額定溫度、壓力狀況下，F(xiàn)RPP管道可安全使用50年以上。

◇卓越的耐腐蝕性能 FRPP管材能耐大多數(shù)化學物品的腐蝕，可在很大的范圍內(nèi)承受PH值范圍在1―14的高濃度酸和堿的腐蝕。

◇優(yōu)異的抗磨性能在輸送礦砂泥漿時，F(xiàn)RPP管的耐磨性強于鋼管。

◇較高的剛度 FRPP管材由于加入了玻纖增強材料使FRPP管材不易變形。

◇耐熱保溫節(jié)能 FRPP管材最高使用溫度95度左右,該產(chǎn)品的導熱系數(shù)僅為鋼管的1/200，故有較好的保溫性能。

◇可靠的連接性能 FRPP管熱熔接口的強度高于管材本體，接縫不會由于土壤移動或載荷的作用而斷開。

◇良好的施工性能 FRPP管材質(zhì)輕，焊接工藝簡單，施工方便,工程綜合造價低。

纏繞管,大口徑纏繞管,雙壁纏繞管,中空纏繞管是一種以高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）為原料，經(jīng)纏繞焊接成型的一種管材，由于其獨特的成型工藝，可以生產(chǎn)直徑達3米的管材，這是其他生產(chǎn)工藝難以完成的。高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）由于其本身優(yōu)異的融焊接性能不但保證了產(chǎn)品成型工藝和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，而且也為施工連接提供了多種可靠方式，如電熱熔焊接，熱收縮連接等等，同時這也是滲漏情況很少出現(xiàn)的一個重要原因，也正是因為這個原因，這種管材才具有其它管材不具備的獨特的環(huán)保功能，這對當前人們關注的污染防治提供了非常有效的方法。

纏繞管生產(chǎn)工藝

纏繞管的生產(chǎn)采用的是熱定型工藝，一般分一次定型和二次定型加工兩種。

一次定型工藝：尼龍或塑料顆粒材料經(jīng)塑料擠出機加熱塑化擠出成薄片狀長條，長條從機頭模具擠出后不經(jīng)過水冷卻即纏繞到纏繞機夾持的不同規(guī)格芯棒上，然后經(jīng)冷卻水冷卻定型后脫離芯棒即成型為螺旋狀護套。

二次成型工藝：尼龍或塑料顆粒經(jīng)擠出機擠出薄條后即進入冷卻水冷卻；冷卻后的長條再經(jīng)纏繞機纏繞到不同規(guī)格的芯棒上；然后將芯棒推入硫化罐加溫硫化。一定時間后出罐，脫離芯棒即可成型。
